We are practical in our approach and ensure deal readiness of our clients. We address likely valuation ranges, key growth areas and a business’ key differentiators prior to approaching the market. This upfront preparation maximises the chances of transaction success.  

Buy-side Advisory and Due Diligence
When assessing a target acquisition, our approach is comprehensive. We identify the key financial and commercial issues, setting out a summary of key transactional matters, quantifying where possible price impact, commercial suggestions on structure, and matters that may impact financing considerations. We manage the process from end-to-end. We assist you in the commercial review of legal and transactional documentation.

Deal Negotiations
We have vast experience in negotiating large complex deals. We use these experiences during challenging transaction negotiations, and adopt a practical and direct approach helping our clients to execute the right deal.
