Andrew is a dynamic corporate financier and investor with 16 years’ experience of working with private and listed corporates and government entities across Europe and the Middle East.

He started his career at KPMG UK in 2001 and moved to the Middle East in 2005. He has international and cross-border transaction exposure in lead M&A advisory, private equity and mezzanine financing, equity and debt capital raising and valuation assignments. He has a proven track record of successfully establishing, leading and growing new teams.

He launched PwC’s Corporate Finance platform in KSA, recruited a team and sourced and executed mandates across GCC with total deal values of $2bn.

While at PwC, Andrew was invited to advise the UK government (UKTI), as a special advisor, on facilitating GCC investments into the UK on the basis of GCC contacts over a 2-year period.

Prior to PwC, Andrew was an Associate Director at Standard Chartered Private Equity, responsible for PE and mezzanine capital investments across the MENA region.

He holds an MBA from the London Business School, is a chartered member of the UK Securities and Investment Institute and holds a BA (Hons) from University of London.
