Gareth is an experienced corporate financier with over ten years experience in M&A, corporate finance and restructuring in the UK and the Middle East.
Gareth takes an integral transaction execution role for Lumina on all key mandates, and has executed transactions across a wide range of sectors including professional services, healthcare, technology, construction services, retail and hospitality.
Gareth delivers on a range of M&A advisory and funding solutions services, acting for business owners, management teams and corporates.
Gareth obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Management from the University of Manchester and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Gareth has a keen passion for sports and travel, having toured and captained teams in the US, Canada, Sri Lanka and South Africa.
