Guy’s career spans 36 years at KPMG UK.
He was one of the founding Partners of KPMG’s Corporate Finance business in 1987 where he built the practice from 5 people to a 500+ headcount and £80m in UK annual revenues
He has led over 150 corporate finance transactions including acquisitions, divestments, private equity and restructurings for listed and private companies and has advised clients across more than 30 countries.
Guy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
