Lumina client and partner event at Waldorf Astoria, DIFC, discussing 2024 Cross-Border M&A survey

Lumina Capital Advisers hosted a session to discuss the results from its 2024 Cross-Border survey at the Waldorf Astoria, DIFC. We explored the key opportunities and challenges of dealmaking across the GCC and UK cross-border M&A market.

Andrew Nichol presented a summary of the key findings from the report, covering the deal activity, why the mid-market ($30m-$250m) is fast growing, sectors, geographies and why new sources of funding are becoming available.

George Traub hosted an excellent, interactive Q&A session, where participants addressed their experiences of transacting across their own markets and their forecasts for the coming 12 months.

Thank you to all our clients, partners and friends for a highly engaging and insightful event.
